Policies Facilitator etc?

I am opening a Healing Arts/Expression center in New Hampshire very shortly. I am needing to come up with policy regarding outside workshop facilitators and healing practitioners coming and renting my space. Any insight or policy ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to do some promotion for outside traveling facilitators, as well as local (I expect the local people to do a lot of their own promotion however)

    No responses...Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who has experieince with policies etc?

    Even a consultant that knows this stuff...I would be willing to pay for someone with expertise.
